A group of Singapore Business & Professional Women came together to form an association with affiliation to Business and Professional Women (BPW) International to help working women in Singapore to advance their careers and professions. This association was named “SBPWA” which stands for Singapore Business & Professional Women’s Association. SBPWA’s main goal then was to concentrate on improving the skills of our members and get them to recognize their potential and the importance of their role in Singapore society.

When the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisation was established as the national coordinating body of women's organisations in Singapore, and the non-governmental representative on the ASEAN Committee on Women (ACW), SBPWA became an active member. This has enabled our members to grow and further expand their network not only in Singapore, but in the ASEAN region.

Fairmont Singapore Review

Stayed here for 3 nights. Stays here most of the time every time we are in Singapore. The room Is spacious, bathroom is big. Bed is so comfy including the pillows. The only hitch is the bathroom shower area, water faucet falls off, water is overflowing from the shower area to the dry area because of a very small barrier, shower head is so nice. Not equipped with racks to hang wet towels. There's a nespresso machine, that is one added bonus!

This is one of my favorite hotels whenever I return to Singapore. The service here is always good, and the location is excellent. There is even a pillow menu that you can choose from. It is right smack in the middle of a shopping center, with good dining, shopping (including the flagship Robinsons and Mark and Spensers) and other facilities right at the doorstep. And if you need to travel anywhere else in Singapore, the Cityhall MRT exchange is located right in the basement, with the Suntec convention centre, Marina Bay Sands casino and the financial district just minutes away and even within walking distance.

InterContinental Singapore Review

My wife and i were in Singapore for a cruise and were having a pre night stay ,the hotel has a certain old world charm and is located a very short distance from raffels hotel,located about 20 min walk is clarke quay which is worth a visit in the late evening very nice to walk around.

This is a good example of an Intercontinental hotel in a really good location close to Bugis Junction which is a must see when visiting Singapore. The bedrooms are really comfortable, clean and spacious and we rested well. In addition all of the public areas are really well equipped with a really impressive lounge bar area.

We had a club room and as a consequence had access to the club lounge which was extremely large with great facilities and service. Breakfast and evening cocktails were served by efficient, friendly staff who made us feel welcome and special. We used the Olive restaurant, the all day offer, and this was excellent - good food served by a great team. Compliments to this hotel for a great 2 day stay which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Singapore Airlines Review

When it comes to flying this is the top of the food chain.  And I have flown Asiana business class and Korean Air first class, two other carriers highly rated for their customer service and comfort.  Value wise, it's a dream to fly economy on Singapore Airlines with their updated, comfortable planes with entertainment consoles and superior customer service.  They are always ahead of the curve in thinking about the customer and improving the flight experience and was one of the first carriers to offer in flight entertainment consoles in economy class.  Singapore Airlines also has competitive rates for the route I usually fly and for everything you get is definitely the best value.  Everything good you hear about this airline is true and I only wish more airlines would model themselves after Singapore Airlines

One of the best airlines! Seat were very comfortable. Great personal entertainment! Great service! Friendly staff! We can't possibly think of anything bad about this airline. Price can be more expensive than others but it's definitely worth every penny.
